Project BEST is the marketing arm of the Upper Ohio Valley Building Trades and the Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council. We aim to advocate for union work any time a new project is occuring, and we also help market the trades to the younger generation in hopes of helping create a pipeline of applicants to the different trades.
